THE NEW YORK TIMES MAGAZINE – BEHIND THE COVER
“Behind the Cover” is a weekly video series that we produced for The New York Times Magazine. Through interviews, stop-motion animations and behind-the-scenes looks at the creative process, we captured the story of how each week’s cover was made.
MICRO – THE MUSEUM OF CARE
‘The Museum of Care’ is a 3-dimensional mini-exhibition which tells the history of caregiving, shares the stories of caregivers, and explains the structural issues that we face as communities.
WHY FIREFOX?
We worked with Firefox—one of the only browsers backed by a non-profit—to create a brand video that can be used across multiple platforms. It’s quiz-show format makes one thing clear: using Firefox feels good.
YOUTUBE – COUNTDOWN
Youtube reached out to a handful of creatives to help build a suite of unique ‘countdown’ videos. Our 15-minute countdown was made from painted wood and animated in stop-motion.
CASPER – GRAVITY
Newton’s law governs our lives, and one third of our time is spent succumbing to it. “Gravity” is a spot created for Casper that reflects on the substance of sleep through nature’s most immutable rule.
GOOGLE ASSISTANT – ICONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS
HunterGatherer was commissioned by Google to design a dynamic library of icons and illustrations for the Google Assistant platform. Illustrations cover a broad range of categories and apps, and are optimized to read quickly at multiple scales.
PILGRIM
Identity and design for Pilgrim—a Brooklyn-based surf and clothing retailer with outposts in Amagansett and Tokyo.
NIKE RUNNING – AIR ZOOM TEMPO NEXT% MACHINE
Recent work with Nike Running to promote their new Air Zoom Tempo Next% running shoe. We built and animated a conceptual ‘machine’ to demonstrate the energy-return mechanics of the shoe’s Air Pods, ZoomX foam, and inner plate.
